Not only does artisan cheese, in this case Waterloo, taste great it also provides the perfect canvas for a gift message! 2024's answer to the humble Greetings Card, we're offering you the chance to personalise your own mini-Brie with a Valentine's or Birthday message.

The messages are printed using malt extract and a very clever machine. Whilst we feel a little like Willy Wonka, no Oompa Loompas are being used to bring together your creation. Select your message from the list below and choose a delivery date at checkout.

Your message will always be printed on Waterloo, one of favourite softs. More info on the cheese below.

Delivery is FREE and it comes in a climate control box (the only in the industry) that comes with a 48 hour freshness guarantee. If that wasn't enough, we also add an insert that will talk you through the info on the cheeses, tasting notes and a scorecard to help you make the very most of your festive cheesegeek delivery.

During checkout, you will be able to select your preferred delivery date. This is great if you're buying as a gift or are organising your cheese in advance. The cheese will be packed in chilled, insulated boxes (that look great!) and will always be prepared on the day it is dispatched. A few other handy pointers:

- We use DHL nationwide and Packfleet within the M25

- Please use the delivery date you have selected as a guide rather than a guarantee.

- Your cheese will arrive in the best condition. It will have been prepared freshly and will not have been with our courier beyond our maximum of 48hrs

- You will receive delivery notifications for when your order is dispatched that mean you can track when it’s in transit

If you aren’t in for your delivery, this won’t matter. Our couriers will leave your cheese in you designated safe place in our climate controlled packaging.

Waterloo

Made by Village Maid Dairy in Berkshire, this is a knockout Brie-style cheese is made using Guernsey cow's milk which is famously rich that produces amazingly creamy cheese. It is not super heavy but touches on the classic Brie vibes of damp leaves and mushrooms with a salty kicker. It also has a lovely deep yellow colour, which really does give a hint as to how buttery the cheese is.

How it works

You can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. If for any reason your cheese doesn't arrive within 48hrs of your preferred delivery date we'll send you another free of charge

You can choose your message under the Bespoke your box section on this page. It sits just above the quantity selector and Add to cart button

Delivery is free but we do have a minimum order value of £25. We've suggested a few items above that might go well - a cheeseboard or an English Sparkling for example

Say it with Cheese! will be delivered in chilled packaging but you will need to keep this in the fridge. The cheese will be partly exposed so we recommend eating as soon as possible on receipt.
