Yorkshire Pecorino

The Italian beauty is everything you'd want in a young cheese, smooth, yoghurty and sweet. Soft and yielding in texture it has a thin undulating rind, it has a perfect symphony of textures with a hint of lingering minerality from the ash-rolled rind.
Pitchfork
Approx 200g
Pitchfork has incredible complexity and balance, one of the trademarks of a great cheddar. You'll find a farmy-like tang, a buttery undercoat with the hallmark of a proper, Clothbound cheddar- a crumbly, earthy breakdown in the mouth. There really is none of that supple rubbery chewiness you get with a supermarket cheddar. No wonder Pitchfork won 4th best cheese in the World in 2020, and Best British cheese!
Rutland Red

The only pasteurised Red Leicester to be produced in Leicester, this beaut is buttery and flaky and a firm favourite and both cheesegeek and Long Clawson, the cheesemakers. We're not the only ones to think so as Rutland Red has won many an award, we think the finish is reminiscent of a Creme Brulee. Red Leicester is classic on any cheeseboard and is also one of our top picks to cook with, Cauliflower Cheese we're looking at you!!
Baron Bigod

Like all great Bries, most notably the worlds famous Brie de Meaux, Baron Bigod (pronounced By-God, because it is so damn good!!) has an absolutely perfect balance between rich decadent butter, and smooth earthy mushroom. It is not sharp or salty like some Bries can be, which is crucial because unlike Camembert, the flavours are so much more subtle and can easily be overpowered. Eating Brie should feel like a really extravagant and comforting experience, and Baron Bigod delivers on every level.
Tunworth

Everyone knows camembert, and pretty much everyone loves it too. Tunworth is a camembert-style cheese, but better. Hampshire Cheese's - distinctly British, have taken on a classic that is rich, creamy, buttery and smooth, but with a complexity that is a pleasant cabbage-style bitterness. It is finished with a subtle earthy and mushroomy aromas that just fills your mouth. We love it, and we're sure you will too!
Cashel Blue

This is the perfect blue cheese for those who want complexity but not the sharp saltiness, minerality or general strength of a Stilton or bolder blue cheese. It is more soft-honey than nutty, and has little salty sharpness with almost no minerality to speak of compared to a Barkham Blue for example. The finish is super clean with just a hint of saltiness at the end. What it all adds up to, is a scenario where some of the more subtle flavours aren't scared to come out and say hi... honey, some hazelnut and straight up creamy goodness.
Buttermilk Crackers

These delicious Buttermilk Crackers were developed by Fionagh in Norton Barrow's Bakehouse in Cornwall.
They hand make fresh buttermilk using surplus milk from Whalesborough Dairy for each batch. The dough is mixed using the finest wheat flour and flaked oats. It's then rolled extra thinly to create the perfect texture and taste.
Seeded Sourdough Crackers

Like their Buttermilk sister, these Sourdough Crackers were developed by Fionagh in Norton Barrow's Bakehouse in Cornwall.
They use their own sourdough mother which is specially fed and fermented to create the perfect punch and crunch. It's then mixed with rye flour, rapeseed oil and a little sea salt resulting in the perfect texture and taste.
Red Onion & Port Chutney

After what began to feel like a lifelong, Ben Hur-style epic, we reckon we have found the world's greatest accompaniment for Farmhouse Cheddar, British Territorials, and in fact pretty much any hard cheese available to the human race, and it isn't even a Chutney! It's a Marmalade! Red Onions from Lincolnshire and Cockburns Fine Ruby Port have done to hard cheese what Christopher Nolan has done to cinema....made the unbetterable...better.
