The Celebration

I will never forget the first time I tried Tunworth with truffle honey on a sourdough cracker. I remember sitting at the table with my family giggling, and those giggles became contagious. Before long we were all giggling away, marvelling at this incredible produce, and what it was doing to our taste buds. This is what makes cheese so special. The memories it creates. The discovery, and sense of adventure. The giggling. Raw delight at such a miraculous product, crafted by hand using a combination of precise science, years of experience, and the most wonderful raw ingredients. Sourced here from our land.

This moment has been bottled up and is now a custom at cheesgeek. Every time someone joins the business, we sit down together and eat some Tunworth and truffle honey. I just love seeing the reaction on people’s faces when they try it for the first time. It is what cheesegeek is all about. It’s the chance for me to share the emotion of that moment I had all those years ago.I want to share that moment with you too.

So, this is our ‘Celebration Box’. It features Tunworth, with the truffle honey and Sourdough crackers. Exactly how I experienced it that first time, and how I go back to it again and again. I have also added a bottle of Ridgeview Bloomsbury, my favourite English Sparkling wine, and a product that in so many ways encapsulates the same spirit we have at cheesegeek, but in the world of wine.
